Return Policy – Coffee Marketplace Platform

At our Coffee Marketplace, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for both buyers and suppliers. Please review the following return guidelines before submitting a return request.

1. Return Eligibility

All returns must be reviewed and approved by the supplier before they are processed.

Return requests should be submitted within 2 days of receiving the item.

Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

2. Requesting a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at support@mail.com with your order details and reason for return.

We may connect you with the relevant supplier for confirmation. The supplier may request additional information, photos, or product details to validate the return request.

3. Supplier Confirmation

The supplier is responsible for approving or rejecting return requests based on the item’s condition, product type, and eligibility.

Once the supplier confirms the return, we will provide return instructions and shipping details where applicable.

4. Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the supplier agrees to cover them due to a product defect, incorrect item, damaged shipment, or another approved reason.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed after the supplier receives and inspects the returned item.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 business days after supplier approval, subject to payment provider processing times.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods, opened food or beverage products, custom orders, special wholesale orders, clearance items, and products marked as non-returnable by the supplier.
